Booking

Of course directly with us! You get the best price if you book here on this website. Generally, the longer you stay, the cheaper the price.

Yes, the minimum stay is 2 nights.

Children up to 3 years old sleep free of charge in their parents’ bed. From the age of 4 years, we recommend booking a room with sofa bed, so that you and your offspring can sleep well.

The price for the accommodation must be paid in advance within 7 days after booking. You will receive the account details with your booking confirmation. Only with payment is the accommodation bindingly booked!

Up to 7 days before arrival we offer free cancellation, after that the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.

Arrival

The rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.

Yes, your key is stored in a key safe. You will receive the information shortly before arrival by e-mail.

No. We strive to keep our house as allergy friendly as possible. Respiratory allergy sufferers may experience immediate discomfort when they come into contact with the pet hair left behind.

A limited number of parking spaces are available free of charge at the house. Additional free parking is available at the Hahnenklee fairground, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Yes, you can store your bikes in our lockable bike shed

For ecological reasons, bed linen and towels are changed only after a stay of 7 nights. If you need new linen in between, please contact us.

In designing the rooms, we have tried to create a largely allergen-free environment. This includes:

  • No carpeting
  • Smoke and pet free apartments
  • No potted plants (mold contamination) or allergenic green plants in the apartment

Stay

No, we are a non-smoking house.

Each apartment has a kitchenette with ceramic hob, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, kettle, toaster and coffee maker or French press. All larger apartments also have an oven.

To facilitate the start of your vacation you will find for the duration of your stay once 1 dishcloth, detergent, pepper & salt, baking paper, garbage bags, toilet paper and coffee filter. Of course, in the apartment you will also find a hand brush and dustpan as well as 1 shower mat and various kitchen utensils.

Our claim is that you arrive with us and feel comfortable. This includes for us that the beds are made and the towels and tea towels are ready for you.

We ask that you leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Please put your washed dishes back in the cupboard and dispose of your garbage in the designated bins in front of the house.

No. Hahnenklee is served hourly by bus line 830 in the direction of Clausthal-Zellerfeld and in the direction of Goslar. Many excursion destinations can also be reached on foot or by bike.

Yes, WLAN is available free of charge throughout the house

The sauna is open as needed from 5 – 8 pm.

Yes, there is an elevator in the house. With it, all apartments are accessible, except for the Deluxe Suites on the top floor.
